Review Tim Hortons - Tilbury

Very good people. They are one of few tim Hortons that can handle my regular charter group after they win a game. Not to mention I forgot mention when I was there after I dropped them off that bus was returning with hungry boys from a basket ball game. Like the Edmond Fitzgerald they held there own, but never sank. Great customer service they where quick for a small town Tim's. May not have been entirely caught off guard because I mentioned I had come with a out of town team. The kids said they where awesome, and we came pretty close to in store shut down. So keep up the good work ladies and gents. See u again soon and I will let u know before I drop a bus full high-school kid ramped up from a big win.

I don’t get how you can be so incompetent as to make a Bagel properly! I have been here more then a few dozen times every single time get a bagel extra toasted because the lazy useless people can’t toast anything.. you have to order something extra toasted ! But when you do order it and it comes literally bread and mounds of butter… and I have to throw it out… next Time I’m tempted to come back and fire it right through the window at them… place doesn’t even deserve one star absolute useless employees don’t deserve 5$ an hour!

We stopped in Tilbury and hit the Tim Hortons for a coffee and snack. This is a very busy location. They have the double drive through merging into one lane and a reasonable size parking lot. The inside was clean and relatively new. The food was consistent. They were getting low on a few items, probably due to how busy it was. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bought a bagel and it didn't even have enough cream cheese for the whole bagel

Ordered the turkey club sandwich and my wife ordered the grill cheese pinini. The cost was $12.06. The price is fair and comparable. We both liked our choice and they tasted ok. My bun was a little stale but not unservable. It was about 3:30pm when we arrived and we found the store not very clean. The food station floor was terrible and looked like it still hadn't been cleaned since lunch. I had an issue with the employee who made our sandwiches. My wife notice that my bun came out of the toaster burnt. She showed me and I said I am not eating that. The employee said it wasn't burnt but threw it away anyway. Then proceeded to start trowing our food together with an attitude. After he finished toasting my new bun he turns to me and said is this better. He was just a young guy still getting his feet wet in life but he needs to learn, if you make a mistake, just own it and fix it. The attitude just makes it worse. What's most upsetting is that if we wouldn't have seen it, I then would have had to come back and waist my time and on top of that, the quality of their food drops. Why not just make another one right away instead of serving subpar food. Make it look like the picture. If it doesn't, do it again! The picture shared speaks for itself.

The younger staff are extremely rude and do not help with the front till only drive thru. Literally the WORST costumer service from younger night staff

It's another Tim Hortons and I don't usually stop but with the amount of gift cards we thought we'd pop in for a drink. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was literally a cup of hot water? I'm not sure when they changed the powder in the machine but what I got was not a hot chocolate, it was hot water with what can only be described as essence of chocolate. And this was after being told they werent making anymore of another type of drink today. So needless to say well try a different location for the rest of our gift cards

I enjoyed chit-chatting with a staff. Sometimes because of my gender or race, females tend to be careful not to speak with me; not this staff. She talked with me like we knew each other; it was truly refreshing and welcome. I'll definitely make the drive to this store again.
