Review Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

These photos were after pouring half the wasted coffee out, due to mouth fulls of coffee grinds. The glass cup is what I poured the coffee into, and after pouring down the drain, you can see both cups have ridiculous amounts of coffee grains. If this was meant for elderly or child, surely they would have choked. Save your money and spend elsewhere if you actually want to receive what you're paying for.

service is really good here but this isn’t a review on service but on the amount of garbage this location has around its site. See pic below. There must be over 100 Tim hortons cups on the ground here. This is an area directly behind the location and perhaps slightly off to the left as the wind blows it everywhere. Many business around the city think it’s completely ok to operate like this without any consideration for keeping surroundings clean, without keeping the direct area they operate in and make money clean of garbage while this happens everywhere the problem is most evident in Thunder Bay just take a drive around the city. It’s not enough in the 21 century for business to point fingers someone else because the business perhaps doesn’t own the property adjacent to it or in the contract the property the company leases is under management by the lessor. Enough excuses I clean garbage on my street where I live and I didn’t put it there. Tim Hortons clean up your act how hard is it to go out there and collect your garbage and keep the area around your store presentable? It’s disgusting are you not disgusted? Not to mention it clearly comes from the business’ operations!

This Tim Hortons has the rudest evening staff in all of Thunder Bay. Everytime we go through the drive thru they don't say a word. You dont get a 'hello' or 'your total is'. Even when you tip them they are snotty. Get it together! We spend a lot of money at Tims each week and never see such a lack of customer service as this location. It is ridiculous!

They forgot my hash brown. This store regularly gets orders wrong. Come on guys, do better, be better.

This Timmie's depending on the time of day can be the hardest to get into. Several times I've seen road rage because some dou*he just pulls in before the people turning left because you know... He's on the right so he just had the right of way. Well, sure you do. But it's also call curdious. There was cars there before you. There is a sense of entitlement a lot here in this town. Seeing it sooooo much more in the past couple of years.

The bitter old bitties they have working the drive thru are absolutely miserable. They're so starving for positive feedback, that they put the survey receipts in the bag of donuts! Absolutely disgusting! Will never go back to this location again, what a waste of money those donuts were.

Gave me stale tim bits.. I got them at 10am so there’s no way they were fresh and must have been carried over from one of the previous days.

Long queues while in store or at drive thrus are no hussle once you pick up your fave cup of hot coffee or chocolate.
