Review Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

Coffee was cold for my father, mine was perfect and hot. The usual with Tim's, good place to get coffee and stopover

The expresso machine has been broken for weeks, so they can't make half the drinks. I wish they would put a sign at the beginning of the drive through so you don't wait for no reason. A sign at the ordering station doesn't really help.

My triple triple always taste like there’s no sugar or just not don’t right, Makes me sad how they legit never ever have chilli and cheese wedges either

The odd occasion when I order it's correct on the screen, but is incorrect at the window I politely explain the issue and is handled professionally Mistakes happen, so all is good

They don't care about the Doughnuts they give you they put them together so they stick together very disappointed look at the picture Vary busy make sure you use hand sanitizer and if your coffee is not good you can go back in and ask for a fresh pot and they'll give you a new coffee God bless you all btw They will not give you a refund on the doughnuts either when their the ones who screwed them up you think I'm going to eat these I miss When Robbins was top of the line and made way better pastries

Absolutely l9ve 85% of staff. They are amazing and have my coffee ready before its even my turn i love it

Tim Hortons at 310 Memorial Avenue, Thunder Bay is perhaps the most pathetic place on earth. There are a lot of flies in the sitting area and washroom of this Tim Hortons irrespective of the day or time you visit it. We purchased plant based burger and it was freezing cold. They told us this is what is available and that it was the last one they had. They favored us by heating it up and made it pure garbage. We were robbed of our entire purchase for four people as none of the items including french vanilla or fries were eatable. Everything was stone cold. I considered it a one time exception. To my horror they have done it again with us two more times forcing me to write this review. I hope somebody reads this review and gives this location to someone else who can run it at least in a respectable manner.

i came to canada as a tourist and i really like tim houtons. But here in Thunder Bay, the opening times are not correct. that was pretty annoying given the situation i was in.
