Coffee was cold for my father, mine was perfect and hot. The usual with Tim's, good place to get coffee and stopover

The expresso machine has been broken for weeks, so they can't make half the drinks. I wish they would put a sign at the beginning of the drive through so you don't wait for no reason. A sign at the ordering station doesn't really help.

The odd occasion when I order it's correct on the screen, but is incorrect at the window I politely explain the issue and is handled professionally Mistakes happen, so all is good

They don't care about the Doughnuts they give you they put them together so they stick together very disappointed look at the picture Vary busy make sure you use hand sanitizer and if your coffee is not good you can go back in and ask for a fresh pot and they'll give you a new coffee God bless you

Tim Hortons at 310 Memorial Avenue, Thunder Bay is perhaps the most pathetic place on earth.
