1st experience using reward points. It went pretty well. I had some points that were going to expire so I went on the app, picked out what I wanted for a reward. It was a quarter pounder meal so we only had to pay for the extra chicken burger and we substituted 2 large iced coffees. It was $9 someth

Always multiple people in the parking lot and entrance begging for money, doesn't feel safe. Orders are very slow, and you can't order ahead on the app (it only lets you submit order when at the store). Staff are very nice though

Got a cold decaf coffee instead of a normal decaf but as told to shift manager got another one within minutes. Thanking him for making a new pot and as a request to the server pls apologise before u present a mistaken item and serving the cold one.

It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting. And you will here every time because the level of consistency is fantastic here. The staff is always super friendly and it is the go-to location in Thunder Bay if you want great service, great quality and consistency.

Sign says drive-thru open 24 hours. They are not. Employees close the store for cleaning 2 hours or more every night.

I love they have the self order screens which made ordering a breeze and service was super fast granted it was past midnight ,which by the way is another bonus if you looking for food later in the night! The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the fries tasted like they were sitting awhile and m
