As a fast food place, it's hard to beat. Quality products and the coffee was great! Service is great too. To nitpick, went to breakfast this morning and we were told it was not available because it was 11:08, 8 minutes late. We ordered the sausage and egg sandwich with coffee, which turned out much superior to McD. A cut above its competitors. Same goes for the Arthur St location except Memorial location you can get your own condiments instead of those wasteful plastic so-called serving size. Ketchup is French's and they have Splenda.

The food is almost always bang on. But I’ve learned to check it before I leave to make sure. I also go in to get my food when I can as to ensure accuracy as well.

It use to be my favourite burger but in the last few years I’ve never got a freshly made and is always cold. So sad and disappointed. Please step up folks on memorial ave 🙏🏼

The Staff are extremely rude, especially the supervisors, manager and assistant manager. They don't know how to talk in a friendly manner to other people, especially the juniors or trainees there. Their onion rings and hamburgers are just too oily, greasy and saucy and it'll definitely make you sick. If you value your health, then please avoid this place and go to a better joint. Their service is horrible as well, especially in the drive thrus. You can literally see a long line of cars piled up there.

Great burgers, nice employees. I wish the burger patties were juicer tho.
And, the small juice glass is weird looking.

The place is big enough for Dinning and big parking spot. I loved the spicy haberno chicken meal.

The worst Papa burger ever had / appeared and looked as it had had been reheated many times Have been a fan of A&W since car hop days and never had burger this bad The place was empty maybe this is the reason. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION
