Always a good cup of coffee, but wait time inside is too long. The focus is on the drive through, way more staff working the drive through then the service inside.
What a fantastic Tim Hortons , this location is by far one of the best in town . I come here every single day at least 2 times , and the ladies and gentleman here are always so polite and friendly . I have never experienced such great customer service at Tim's in Thunder Bay then I do here ... keep
The lady at the counter was very nice and went above and beyond when she found out I was ordering doughnuts for my daughter's birthday. Thank you for the great service!
Rude cashier. She rolled her eyes when we asked questions about menu as we couldn't understand what she as saying. The next customer in line was way more helpful.
Ordered ahead via the app, walked in two minutes later and everything was already prepared.
