Review Galaxy Lanes - Thunder Bay

I would highly recommend! The lanes convert from 5 to 10 pin (I had no idea). I booked a birthday party; prices were great, food was delicious, the Alley was very accommodating and the kids had a blast. One change; when the food came out, the kitchen brought it at different times, different places and didn't ask where or who had what. party deserves a huge thumbs up.

We entered at 8:30. We were rarely acknowledged by our server/hostess and we waited over an hour for 3 orders of wings at our table. Disorganized and when a table that had been there for 20 minutes was served 5-6 orders of wings despite that we had been waiting an hour we asked what the situation was; was told “I don’t even know what to tell you”. After 5 - 10 minutes of waiting for an explanation while she sat at the computer. She finally returned with our money back to tell us our ticket was thrown out and asked us to leave. No apology or admittance that the situation was handled poorly. Won’t be back. Also server was continually serving a severely intoxicated patron in the midst of situation unfolding. Extremely unprofessional. Would give a 0 if possible

Thet food is delicious, especially the galactic cheesies(there likea small version of mozzasticks). Friendly staff & they have glow in the dark bowling

Love the place, great atmosphere, good food, and good times. Played with 5 of my friends and a blast.

Please don't waste your money if you want to play....... very very old system and expensive

Awful service, only open till what seems like the owners choosing, don't go by the times online. Attitude from the front desk when asked to bowl. Keeps doors unlocked when "closed"?

I gave this place 3 stars ONLY because of the people here having a drink. The bartender would rather talk foul about a girl who had previously worked here.. Great priced beer. Awesome clients. I would come back because this bartender is a sweet lady but just needs to not talk so foul about past employees.

Called them and had 4 lanes reserved for our party. We were 10 minutes late and they had given our lines to someone else. Found that it was too dark and crowded and if you want to play and eat at the same time it could be a challenge. Other than that it was good. The food wasn't too bad and we enjoyed our time there.
