Eat Pizza Hut Pizza Ive had in a very long time. We ordered over the phone during travel. The order was fresh, they applied their daily deal although it was online only as a special consideration.
We ordered chicken Arabiata and Hawain Pizza and both were very nice.

The food was not bad but the staff made excuses for why the food was late and then seemed poorly trained on how to deal with customers. I will be using the other one exclusively.

Promised time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, after an hour and a half called to see when we could expect our order, was told you need to understand we are really busy and our online estimating system is not very accurate and you will receive your order if you are lucky within 2 and a half hours, would you just like to cancel? They obviously care very little for the customer and there oh well we are busy attitude is extremely discouraging. Last time we spend money at any Pizza Hut.

Great staff and fresh pizza. Taste so much better in person than delivery because they come in deep dish pan that makes the doe much more soft.
Lunch special are a great deal.

That day was crazy for them ...got there on time indicated got sent back home to come back in half hr...came back still not ready had to wait an other 20 min.... lots of ppl got the same treatment...not sure if they where understaffed but it was for that part a bad experience...but i got 10$ off my order...and they did an AMAZING job on the food... it was fabulous 👌

I used the takeout option rather than the restaurant which also was open. Directions for Covid were clear and made me feel safe. One door in and one door out, although some patrons didn't seem to twig to that when leaving.
I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and drink and was advised it would be 15 minutes. I had it in ten minutes. The staff were all polite and very friendly and were pleased when I thanked them for working. As there was no option for tipping on the "tap payment terminal" , I ensured I left a decent cash tip.
