As we were about to walk out, they yelled over the screen/counter, at first I thought nothing of it because our card got declined and banking system was acting whack, I don’t know, anyway.. yeah! Thank you! We’ll leave a good tip next time. Thank you very much from us. Awesome timmies. 🥹🥸👀🥲😁🤩

6 Staff to make a bagel that’s ordered in drive through but no one can come take my order inside the store? Love standing there for 5 minutes being ignored like that.

waited forever to receive our mobile order (which is an issue at almost every Timmies, it seems like they're all understaffed)

The gentleman who served me was very fast and friendly... He got my order all right...

Worst WiFi and the owner seems carless about it and they do not care about Tim Horton customers at all in that regards.

i came to canada as a tourist and i really like tim houtons. But here in Thunder Bay, the opening times are not correct. that was pretty annoying given the situation i was in.

Depending on the staff you get here to make your order. Will be how good your product will be. There is some staff that appreciate their job and can hear it AND taste it. Then you have some that are there JUST for the job. And outright LIE to you when you confront them. I order a VERY specific drink. I've drank daily and know what it looks like. So when it's darker than what it should I'll call it out. I was told I'm wrong and to just drive away. Yeah. If this wasn't one on my way to another location then I would avoid here. BUT it's not just this location. Nipigon Tim Hortons is the by far THE WORST Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The absolute WORST ISSUE I HAVE... is to the staff that are stealing my money to act as a tip. Every day I have to put out my hand when I pay in cash and ASK... YES ASK for my change back. I'll pay and before they give you the change they'll hand you your drink. THIS IS WRONG AND IT'S THEFT. If I don't want my change. I'LL SAY IT. Not just assume and take it. Tips are for staff who make below min wage. You can ALLLLLLL argue this with me. But that's why it was there in the first place. To adjust for the balance of wait staff. Wait staff go above and beyond to serve me and take care of my needs. Not hand me a drink and expect a 20% tip lol. Sorry for the wall of text. This is me and the ONLY way I know how to get the message out clear and detailed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the night time shift lady!!(weekdays) Literally love her! She's ALWAYS so nice and friendly, and every time I go there, the coffee is perfect!! One of my go to tims(I only have 2 that I go to)I look forward to going here every evening. Edit: whenever this lady is not there, the coffee tastes gross 😭 5 stars for the lady on the weekday evenings, but 0 stars for whoever makes the coffee on the weekend.
