waited forever to receive our mobile order (which is an issue at almost every Timmies, it seems like they're all understaffed)

Worst WiFi and the owner seems carless about it and they do not care about Tim Horton customers at all in that regards.

i came to canada as a tourist and i really like tim houtons. But here in Thunder Bay, the opening times are not correct. that was pretty annoying given the situation i was in.

Depending on the staff you get here to make your order. Will be how good your product will be. There is some staff that appreciate their job and can hear it AND taste it. Then you have some that are there JUST for the job. And outright LIE to you when you confront them. I order a VERY specific drink
