Review Tim Hortons - Thornhill

Long line up and tight inside . Got Strawberry smoothie and cilantro lime veggie wrap . The guy made chicken one first , secondly he used same chicken gloves to make , gave me a look when i said i want new one with gloves changed . So Unproffesional old guy looks like working under the table .

Had a Farmer's Wrap from here. Tim Horton's is hit or miss to be honest. Sometimes if its too busy they mess up your order.

This location has been renovated Over flow garbage can at entrance makes the place look dirty but they do have a good selection of donuts & timbits that other location don't

the staff that was taking my order was very rude and continuously asked me to clarify my order. last time, i ordered the hazelnut cold brew with espresso foam, and it was essentially tasted like black coffee with a little foam on top. this time, i ordered the bieber brew (french vanilla cold brew) and it tasted sour. it wasn’t even that bitter, it was honestly just completely sour. overall, do not recommend this location - especially for coffee

No drive thru at this location. Service can be slow. We ordered our two small coffee from the app and went in to pick up. Noticed a couple other customers ordering their orders at the cashier as we were waiting. They got their coffees first before we did despite us placing our order first. Tim Hortons lids for their coffee cups are also a little leaky. Without fail, some coffee always leaks out from the unopened lid each time I order coffee from Timmies.

I updating my review as on 2 separate occasions I had waited 15-20 for my orders even though it was placed via the mobile app, my order was missed first time, 2nd time it was sitting staff just made it and have it sitting NEVER called it out or placed it on the counter, called out every ones else order who ordered in store but left mine there, asked the staff they doing like they can't speak English. There service was good sometimes but I guess it just depends on the staff.

Every time I go there they are extremely RUDE to me and the last time I was there was the last straw. Lat time they gave me the wrong order which happens and I understand that. (I ordered farmers sandwich and they gave me a wrap). I politely let them know that I ordered the farmers sandwich. One lady took the receipt and slams it on the table in front of me and AGGRESIVELY told me that its my fault, I made a mistake, I should've make a note on my phone, the receipt doesn't say if it's sandwich or wrap and so on... (I attached the receipt to this post. It says Farmsand which stands for farmers sandwich) I had to show them my order history on my phone for them to believe me and even after that she was still blaming me for "not letting them know". They took the wrap and they decided to give me the regular breakfast sandwich instead of the farmers sandwich... All I said is "Hey sorry, I ordered the sandwich not the wrap" and that's the treatment I get... I took my sandwich and left the store, even though I knew they gave me the wrong sandwich again... I definitely won't go there again! I also DID NOT feel safe eating the sandwich without double checking the inside. If you have the option to go to a different Tims or other restaurants, do that please because these workers will ruin your appetite...

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time and I always received amazing costumer service specially from Mahjabeen. She is very kind and lovely. Her customer service is excellent.
