I ordered inside the store A bagel double toasted with cream cheese and here they present the food. I know it is busy but make sure your giving a presentable items to your customers. And Please kindly wash and change your gloves One Lady Did my Order i believe she is a manager on that store 12:11pm Saturday May 28 Lunch time. She took my order and some other customers which is she is wearing a gloves handling the money and she quickly change her task on the sandwich area without washing or changing the gloves. Please do something about it your a manager u must know the food safety and contamination. And one more thing stop talking to your team members using your own languages.I Hope these will put in high action on your owner.

We went on the drive-thru and when I tried the hot chocolate it tasted like they added hot water more than the chocolate. What a waste of money and when I called them they just say ohh I dont know why its like that Im like why cant you double check what you serve.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They tell me they have something at the drive through, I pull up to the window and they tell me they actually don’t have it. Then, employee has a hard time telling me what else they have available. After picking a new donut, I pay with my gift card and the employee wants me to try and swipe with the distance between us and me in my vehicle which is basically impossible. I ask her to swipe for me and she does something wrong and swipes my card 3 times. She just stares at the machine and doesn’t tell me anything about what is happening. After waiting for a painfully long time, I ask what we are waiting for. She only then calls the manager available at that time. The manager just says to wait and no body still explains what happened. Do not understand why I wasn’t able to pay for a donut or told what was going on. Highly recommend going to a different location.

Not good behaviour from employees working at this location. I ordered steep Tea and that was not fresh, came back to ask for another, just got clarification and argument. You lost a patron today. We do have other Tims around. Will never come back to this location. (April 23 around 6pm )

Worst and the slowest service! I visited this store on Friday July 15 around 8:30am, I was the third in line and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order. The two customers ahead of me only ordered drinks and I had a small order myself (a breakfast combo). There were 5 staffs in the store and they seemed more concerned with the drive-through orders instead of walk-ins. Hygiene is another issue. One staff picked up a pen from the floor with his barehands and went on to open a milk/cream carton without washing his hands. The cashier took cash and then went on to the sandwich station without changing her gloves. Never coming back to this location.

Went into drive through morning of March 19th. There was a typed up note on the menu screen saying we only accept cash as our debit/credit machine is down. I didn’t have any cash. I asked the drive through “oh I don’t have cash”. She said it’s ok the machine is working now. I told her my order and proceeded to the next window when I got there she said oh sorry can you wait. After a few minutes I was told oh the machine is down. We can’t sell you the items. I said I specifically asked if you could take the order. She said the machine was working before but it’s not now. My order was a bagel and a hot chocolate. $5 total. She said come into the store to pay. I said there I’m in a hurry. Just like that I left on Saturday morning without my order because the debit credit machine wasn’t working. Absolutely ridiculous to open up the location when the machines are down. Even more upsetting is telling you to come through the driver through and then say sorry no cash no order. Thanks a lot of this beautiful 7 am morning experience. Not even a proper apology.

Service is terrible. Went to get a coffee and all the workers there were focusing on the drive through line, or talking amongst themselves. Nobody paid attention to people walking in and waiting. Took another customer yelling out loud to them several times to finally get someone to come to the cashier. Not the best tim hortons to go to for efficient service

If you like bad service, inaccuracy and being rushed, this is the place for you. You can confirm your order twice at the speaker and once again at the window and it will still be wrong. They start screaming "bye" before they can even place the incorrect order in your hands. This is how businesses are allowed to operate when no one takes pride in what they do. Won't be coming to this location anymore.
