We went on the drive-thru and when I tried the hot chocolate it tasted like they added hot water more than the chocolate. What a waste of money and when I called them they just say ohh I dont know why its like that Im like why cant you double check what you serve.

Not good behaviour from employees working at this location. I ordered steep Tea and that was not fresh, came back to ask for another, just got clarification and argument. You lost a patron today. We do have other Tims around. Will never come back to this location.

Worst and the slowest service! I visited this store on Friday July 15 around 8:30am, I was the third in line and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order. The two customers ahead of me only ordered drinks and I had a small order myself (a breakfast combo). There were 5 staffs in the store
