Review Tim Hortons - Thornhill

I ordered one French Vanilla cold brew and one hot choco for my kid by drive-thru. I don't know who took my order, but I could estimate who was that lady. She was extremely rude; she couldn't get my order but the reply way TOO OFFENSIVE. Also I strongly doubt that Tim Horton followed the recipe. After I got my order, it was totally different from what I usually drink. It was much bitter and sour. so I visited other branch and order the same one. The left, darker one was from this branch. The right one was from another store. Also the hot choco was less than usual. Because of that cashier, entire image of the branch is the worst place for me. Anywhere I have visited was much better than that. Even this one doesn't deserve to get that one start.

Store closed before indicated hour I already paid via their app, drove far, and their store is empty. Meanwhile, customer service on app can't issue refund. The only way to get my 3.5$ back is to take 30 min to file a dispute..

Convenient location to grab your order, drive through available. Every time I come to get my order the staff on site keep asking repeatedly to confirm either my name or my order number, which is annoying. Please fix the voice machine ( reboot) in order to provide better service. Also, huge pothole just at the station where you placing your order through the speaker’s, definitely need to be fixed.

I always go to this location because it's the closest to my work. This is not the first time they got my order wrong. I went in this morning and ordered a 4 cheese bagel and got something completely different. The manager and the workers dotn pay attention to people's orders. And when you try to call they don't do nothing about it or they just don't answer.

I’ve been picking up my mobile orders at this location for over a year. I am still scratching my head why drinks and pastries are picked up at the far right under the Mobile Orders sign, but sandwiches are picked up at the other end. The experience is subpar as compared to McD. I truly hope I can collect everything at one spot in near future.

I was ordering at the drive thru the lady was not clear in taking order so I politely repeatedly asked her but the way she answered “ that’s what I told you a while ago “ in a rude and mean way. My 12 yrs old daughter was with me she even told me the order taker ask us in a mean way. Her name is Rhoda Ordered around 8:30 am Saturday Not a good employee not recommendable Mean and rude

My first and last time here waited 10 mins for coffee and sausage and egg while waiting flies landing on bacon and donuts employee was informed and did nothing
