What happened to this location? Harry no longer the manager and the place falls apart. Was there Sunday morning, the new manager, a new trainee and longtime worker the only staff with a lineup of customers. The longtime girl was told to wash the floors. The manager talking rude to the trainee

This place does not know how to make a flat white. A flat white does not have different sizes. It should be double shot of espresso and less microfoam making it a smaller size in volume than the grande if I were to pay for a grande price. I frequent this place because it’s the only Starbucks I know that carries Chicken Caprese sandwich aside from the Starbucks in Loblaws by highway 7… always happy with the quality and service!
