A sandwich and flatbread shop with build your own or several selected versions. The sandwiches are filled with pre-cut and made vegetables and sauces and then meats that are heated on the flattop. Although not freshly cut and made the sandwiches are over stuffed and very tasty. The process is not fast food fast, but then again the ability to add in selected items and build it in front of you helps make this a better alternative to the fast food locations around this area.
