Review My Zaidy's Pizza - Thornhill

I remember coming here to get falafels a long time ago and I used to love it. I tried the pizza recently and it was good as well! I enjoyed it.

Ordered a large pie with mushrooms and it was fantastic. The sauce and cheese was the perfect ratio. Good and fast service will recommend!

I would give a one star or possibly even zero star rating for service from the owner. The owner was ageist and treated adults better than children. There is a school nearby. He would not even provide a paper bag for a slice of pizza to go, and showed a very obvious preference for certain customers. The only reason why the overall review is two stars is the taste of the pizza was decent so may be a 3 or possibly a 4, however, the overall score is dragged down by the quality of the service. Both of the aspects need to be considered in the overall review score.

I called them to ask them to heat up 3 slices Me. Hi can you heat up 3 slices Them: NO Me: why not Them: because I’m not your servant Me. Ok, can you please heat up 3 slices Them: NO, we don’t have any Enough said

Didn’t feel welcomed here and the pizza was very meh.

Pizza is good, but over the last 6 months at least one of the prep staff is wearing their mask around their neck, often even with customers in store. Oh, and if they ever try to tell you the pizza "just came out" so it doesn't need to be warmed up, unless you saw it come out of the oven don't believe them. They gave me this line and I ended up with lukewarm pizza for lunch.

WORST PLACE AND SERVICE EVER. The pizza is not that great and over priced and they have zero customer service actually come across rude dont even thank you for your business nothing. I walked in when they were about to close i asked for a deal on their last 2 slices and the owner said yes he would and that he would give me both slices for $6 instead of $7. I said yes and asked for some hot sauce on the pizza they said no because they had it put away already. I said fine. I paid $10 for both slices and recieved $3 change back and not the $4 i was supposed to get. Thanks for the great service and deal guys for a pizza slice that is honestly 95% dough with barely any sauce or cheese for that matter. Cant even get a cheese pizza right and its sad. Never going back again that was the last time for me after giving them so many chances over the years. Terrible.

Always good cheese pizza my aunt took some back to Korea. That how much it means to my family.
