Little Value for money - lamb order has very small portion (5 tiny pieces) for over $25 - the mashed potatoes was dry and cold , kofta and schnitzel was dry - salad was ok

One of our favourite Middle East restaurant. The service and food are both goid

I’ve been going to this place almost every other week and so far I like it here. Service could be just a bit faster though. The young lady that takes the order and cashes us out is always very welcome and greets us with warmth which is very pleasant. Zeynab her name is if I remember it correctly (apologize if I’m mistaken). I enjoy the food a lot here but the waiting time. Solid 4 from me.

Best shawarma in the entire GTA. Service and workers are very slow.Sometimes you get a cold meat as the girl that makes the wrap is insanely slow

They were supper busy, well, always super busy. If you want shawarma, the longest I heard is 1hr wait or order something else. Other items like grill chicken is like 20 to 30 mins wait. Not really a fast food. The stuff are always talking in their language really loud and seems confused always... The food is sometimes great sometimes not so much so not consistent. I go there because it's on my way back home from work otherwise I wouldn't go back there.

The food is always top quality and taste, the price is a bit higher than at similar restaurants.

This place is really going down hill. Did not visit MeVaMe on Steeles due to pandemic but decided to stop by today for a quick take out. Portions are much smaller now and service is lacking. A bunch of girls are either all taking orders or all serving customers - you need them to do both!! NO process or methodology. Zero interest in making anyone feel welcomed. Had a falafel sandwich, very few choices of trimmings that go inside the falafel for free - very much below average.. Not coming back - what a bad experience!

This review is based on experience trying this location for more than 8 months. - Smaller Portions with increased prices. The prices have increased twice. No issues on this (inflation we all know)…But increased prices and lower standards do not go well. - For Laffa, it all depends on the person who is preparing your wrap. The sauce, hummus and filling is very inconsistently added. - Observation… there is an unsaid expectation of tipping. If you tip the order is made with care… else you receive sub-standard order. - Extremely slow in serving. There are times I have waited 20+mins for a wrap. - Noticed they have removed pickles and hot peppers from pita/laffa filling station. Garlic sauce was not available. This chain has so much potential but is going downhill in its service.
