Please don't come expecting a premium dining Cuisine experience, that's not it. This place is one of the best Chinese takeout that is true to their taste with a very generous portion (orderes three items that lasted 3 meals for the two of us).

I've been searching for a congee restaurant west of Markham and east of Mississauga. This area is barren of good Chinese food options for the most part. Ann's peaked my interest after reading their positive reviews. Upon arrival, Ann's kitchen aromas were worth drooling over. Our hopes were raised.
Ordered here for take out, great packaging, good portions and value. Just as good as other authentic popular Chinese restaurants. Congee was flavorful, had ratio of ingridients. Deep fried salt and pepper squid was done well but could have used a bit more spice but this is subjective to taste. Other
I love Ann’s Congee! The OK chicken is my absolute favourite. The food portions are massive. Everything is delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone, make sure when you call to order you have the numbers from the menu, makes it a lot easier.
Don’t expect customer service. They’re not interested. Expect excellent food.

Food didn't meet the expectations from seeing all those 5 star reviews. Stir-fried Lobster was way too watery and salt & pepper squid was more batter than squid. I wanted to support small local restaurants buy honestly you will get better food from other congee chains such as Congee Wong, Congee Que
Great little spot. Food came out quick and hot. Ann was wonderful and gave us good recommendations for what to order. Portions were good for the price. Would definitely recommend the turnip! The only thing is some menu items say vegetarian but they might not be. Make sure to confirm if there is meat
I always come back to Ann's congee when I'm craving Chinese food. There is so much variety of food you can choose from and the food is always spot on! They also do catering platters as well for a very decent price, I ordered through them on multiple ocassions. They never fail me.
