Good food & great service!! The staffs were warm & very welcoming . Good experience overall. We had an amazing dinner last week with a party of 10. Loved their flaming cheese and grilled octopus. Lamb chops were perfectly cook and full of flavour. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is not your ordinary restaurant. The food here is packed with flavor, complemented with top notch customer service. We celebrated our 2nd anniversary here, they had reserved the best patio seat for us! Our fish and lobster pasta was a celebration in mouth with every bite. Highly recommend a visit 🙌🏼

One of the best Greek restaurants north of the city located in thornhill. From the moment you walk in nicely greeted by the host and the serving staff are very friendly and warm. We ordered several appetizers including oysters saganaki calamari and a village salad. Everything came in perfectly with excellent flavors. For main dishes we ordered some more seafood and some lamb chops which were excellent and done to perfection. The desserts were just as good and we finished off with a beautiful Greek coffee. Highly recommended for a family function and or celebrating any special occasions. Next time I want to try the salted baked fish.

Philoxenia has the absolute best fish in Thornhill. It’s so light, flavourful and delicious - It’s my go to Greek restaurant. I also love their veggies, saganaki cheese and the bread with dips is really yummy. If you’re in a Greek mood, I’d highly recommend this restaurant. The service is great, staff very friendly and warm - they truly want you to have a lovely experience which I think is important when choosing somewhere to dine in or take out. I will definitely be back!

The food is so delicious. We had chicken dinner and barg kebab dinner with saffron rice and house salad. Everything cook to perfection and very friendly staffs. I wish I have taken a picture of the plates. We are not a big eater but we almost finished the whole thing. Well done and we will go back again.

It was my first time visiting the restaurant. I did not like their outside seating option under the tent. They do not have high chairs for kids so my baby ate food sitting in her stroller. I think the food tasted ok but the prices were too high compared to food quality. I do not like to try it again as for the price and service quality and atmosphere I think there are way better options! If customers are being seated outside then they have high expectations due to the price they’re paying for, so the cold and lonely atmosphere and awkward feeling of being alone and so distant from your interior restaurant experience doesn’t encourage my family and I to return here again. Please invest some money in high chairs or tell us so we don’t come in with our children and feel awkward feeding my them in their strollers! She wasn’t comfortable at all!!!
