The friendliest restaurant we've ever been in - found it by accident but will definitely be back. The food was great & reasonable, the young server was lovely & the other patrons were very friendly. A little gem.

Sunset Beach restaurant at Thessalon, perched above the beautiful Lake Huron is a remarkable restaurant. Great serve and great food. The Burgers are remarkable and the ambience fantastic. Please make this a stop when you cross Thessalon.

Decent place! I ordered cheese burger and fries but the fries looked old , they weren’t crispy at all.
We stopped in for dinner tonight. Our server was excellent, and the soup special: loaded potato skins, was delicious. We even got the sunset, as advertised. We'll definitely be back.
We spotted this restaurant while we were in a small park on the shore of Lake Huron wondering what to cook in the camper for lunch. Why cook when there’s a restaurant just a few metres away?
Boasting all day breakfast and sandwiches galore (all with delicious fries!) we decided on a chicken Caesar wrap for me and a clubhouse for him.
We enjoyed our choices very much because, well, bacon! Lunch was outside under the restaurant’s tent and afterwards we strolled the beach and got our feet wet in the lake.
I definitely needed a doggie bag.
Thessalon's hidden gem. Im sure there are many more in the area and I will review them once I've discovered them.
I and 2 co-workers drove through cold and rain on our bikes just to try the "fried chicken".
Wow!!! ,for now on I will only eat fried chicken from this place.
Hot, fresh . The batter is light, crisp and melts in your mouth.
Not to mention the lack of grease.

No be prepared fresh fried chicken isnt fast food. Be patient , have a bowl of their heavenly "soup of the day", with a couple of great friends while you wait for your chicken!
