Review Taco Bell - Terrace

It's Taco Bell, KFC and a drive-thru! Best place EVER to get food (which is always delicious!)

Look at the chalupas on the menu, then look what they served me. Yeah. *edit: just realized my photos might get buried, so spoiler - there was basically no meat.

The service here is usually reasonably quick, which is nice. The majority of the employees are polite and pleasant; however, there can be times when that's not the case. For the most part, the food is tasty, and the price is pretty low. Fortunately, I've only encountered one slip-up on an order; However, I've consistently encountered this same mistake, which has now happened five times; all of which, occurred during different visits, at different times. I usually ask for hot sauce, or fire sauce packets to be added into the bag with my order. The workers, in each case said something along the lines of "No problem", or "For sure"; basically, indicating that I had been heard, and that I'd be getting that tasty sauce, which I'd requested. Each time, after leaving the drive-thru, I'd check the bags for sauce; of which, there will be none. Depending on my level of determination, I will either: go through the drive-thru again, only getting sauce; park, then run inside to grab some; or just give up on getting the sauce. I've only gotten the sauce with my order, like I'd asked, twice. Other than that, I consider it to be a decent place.

Went through the drive through, paid for the 10.99 meal for 2 tacos, 2 double tacos, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Only got half of my order. Tried calling, called 3 times. Each time disconnected. Not going there again.

One star simply because they closed 15 minutes early on a Wednesday night without any notice and wouldn’t respond to the door or any phone calls despite workers literally making eye contact with me. Staff like this are what ruin the reputation of a restaurant and now I will never eat at this location.

Terrace taco ball gets low stars. Only because they do not say that tjwy are closes on certain days. I went there hoping for taco day. And they was closed. WE need to know!

Fast service and fresh food had to wait almost 10 minutes but it was well worth the wait.

I loved the food there it looks the same as in the photograph and tastes awesome
