Review Domino's - Terrace

Just not a good experience. I love dominos and have had overall good experiences with them in other places. This location isn't very good with customer service (which seems to be the common problem with these reviews). I recommend going to Boston Pizza instead. Skip these guys.

The pizza is okay, and stuff, but, I called for a delivery, and never got it, I have the address and everything, and I waited for 2 hours for the pizza, it never came, what a way to ruin a night, since I can't even call the place because it's closed now. The guy on the phone also swore while I was just asking a question, I don't appreciate it as much. Thank you.

Solid pizzas, made fast and fresh. Order online, you can pick it up 10 minutes later. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service, which is very welcoming when coming in. The deals are fantastic, so I find I'll grab a pizza once in a while when they offer 50% off. Make sure you create an account online so you can save up your loyalty points towards a free pizza.

The worst dominos I've ever been too in my life. Messed up my order 2 different times. The wings are trash, and the meat on the pizza looked expired as it was hard and tasteless. I would never order from here again! This place should be shut down or at least inspected for food safety. What a joke establishment.

Some times the food is amazing and sometimes its very disappointing but the most disappointing thing is that they never ever send the sauce I order like come on how hard is it to remember sauce🙁🙁 plus not to mention the wings are dry and pizza comes cold

Today I visited terrace dominos first of All I see only one customer and a guy was taking order from and for my order they took around 30 minutes just for two lava cakes. It’s insane their food service slower than anything else really disappointing. I’m sure I won’t come here again.

I have been at many domino locations and this was the bottom! Service and delivery were great! Pizza had almost no cheese! Italian meat balls on pizza were old! And the wings were old, preheated to many times! Microwaved and put in tinfoil liquided sauce which completely sagged out the wings! Brutal! I'll bit this restaurant is surviving on through traffic! If you wanna flourish you'll need to step it up and gain the locals approval!

Most times I enjoy Domino's, this most recent, was horrible, food was OK, but the service was horrible. They forgot to cook an item I ordered, they tried to give me something else. I got notified from my app that my order was ready, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while the rest of my order got cold. Also noted several food worker's touching and adjusting their masks while handling food before putting it in the oven, and having masks worn below their noses while packing up food...
