I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and majestic inside or outside seating along side the beautiful rails to trails make it a perfect place to relax. Whether you're in the mood for coffee, a cold beer or some healthy food they have it all tucked away in this quaint rail car. A must visit for all ages.

The food and atmosphere was wonderful. Getting to poke around in the bike shop while the food was getting prepared was a great way to kill time! Went back again the next day, even though it's an hour drive for us!
5 stars. The Bikenbean is the spot to grab a quick coffee or stay for a long social event of catching up with old friends or meeting new strangers. The bike shop is stocked, the staff are professional and the trail is the best in Nova Scotia. On route to Hubbards and Peggy's Cove. #HRM13

I had researched this little gem when i was planning my trip from Ontario and to do some trail riding. Great location a reasonable distance from Halifax and excellent spot to relax have a latte and some food. I wasn't disappointed. I hope to visit again some day! The young ladies working there seem to have things well in order during a very busy time.
Always my happy place during my rides. The ladies make some great eats at affordable prices, the coffee is always fresh and the desserts are divine.
Dan and his staff took such good care of our family and sent us on a really fun ride down the trail. Great food, drinks, quick and attentive service from the bike shop. This is a stop you don't want to miss.

I always look forward to a perfect pot of tea and a sandwich mid way through my ride. Convenient location and it does honour to things past.
This place is freaking awesome! The staff are wonderful & delicious gluten free AND dairy free goodies are available-a pleasant, pleasant surprise. This combined with a yummy mocchachino with almond milk turned my afternoon delightful. This turned out to be a discovery, so much more than what I thought to be a quick pit stop. Even got some ideas for my Christmas shopping in the attached shop. Check them out! ❤️
