Review Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Sydney

Went through the drive through and placed my order, they handed me my drinks and a blizzard that was dripping down the sides, so I handed it back for a new one and they told me to pull up and they’d bring it out to me. They brought me out my blizzard and it was the wrong flavour from what I asked for. I also didn’t receive my food so the employee went back inside and came out but there were things missing from my order, when I told him he went back inside and this young girl came out to ask what was going on. When I told her she became very short and had extreme attitude towards me. When I called her out for it by simply saying theres no need to be rude, my order has been messed up and there are things missing and my food is probably now cold all she said was “well were short staffed” and stormed away. Never again will I visit this location as it’s not the only time I’ve had wrong orders/missing things and rude employees. Majority of the staff at this place are bratty high school students with absolutely no interpersonal skills. Unreal for a fast food place that’s so high priced.

Food was quite fresh and arrived quickly. Only 2 problems,one of the employees had dandruff all over their uniform, and the bathrooms are an absolute mess.

Good desserts. Ice-cream cakes are good but not great.. nice place

Very slow on the drive-thru. We had to wait 10 to 15 at the window to pick up our order..

I ordered a kids chicken finger meal a Swiss mushroom meal with onion rings and the deal meal for 7.00 I didn't receive any straws no sunde and the food was cold the person at the window had a lot of attitude. This is the second time I went there and received poor service and even worse food . When you spend a good amount of money for food it's saddening to receive less than okay food and service

Good service, neat and clean.

My mother got a birthday cake made for my little brother’s 13TH birthday with the Montreal Canadians logo on it and it was done really well. My older brother also got a cake done last week for his girlfriend for getting accepted into Dental Hygiene School and that was also done really well. Very satisfied and pleased.
