Review Alexandras Pizza - Sydney

Wow. Just wow. Visiting some family here from Alberta, and I gotta say I searched up and was pretty skeptical with all the reviews of all the pizza places nearby which one to go with. And I must say, I chose the right one. Incredible amount of sauce, like perfect amount, great flavor crust was fluffy and airy which doesn’t get you bloated or feeling over stuffed. Definitely was worth the 55 min wait. I’d gladly order this pizza again when I come back east for another vacay! Well done!

Ordered a pizza, didn't ask for well done still they gave a burnt paneer pizza and when I was trying to tell them that it's not edible the staff over there started arguing that it's not burnt. Literally have to throw half of it.

Donair was decent. Smaller portions from years ago but would go again.

Excellent customer service at this location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The pizza is good and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend 👌

The servers are crude, Especially the one called Cody. The pizza is greasy and good tho. The pepperoni smells like dog. The jalapeños are mild. And I received the garlic knots in a doggie bag. They were still pretty fresh regardless of the fact that the server drip sweat onto them

Great food, but terrible customer service! I seriously never experienced anything like it in my life! There is one lady that answers the phone sometimes and when I ask for chicken strips she literally refuses to give me them to me saying they don’t serve them, when i have been getting them for years now and i am able to order them whenever someone else is waiting on me! And when i order delivery, they tell me 20 minutes and they take 2 hours, and half the time they give me the wrong order and my food is always cold! I will call back to see how much longer the delivery will be and they say 5 minutes and they don’t show up 30 mins later. I do not recommend ordering anything through delivery.

Ordered butter chicken poutine is was absolutely disgusting, they used extremely spicy tomato sauce and when I tried to tell the lady on the phone she told me that is butter chicken sauce it absolutely is not butter chicken sauce considering I had a man from India next to me and he tried it and gagged! 10/10 do not recommend this dish

Just ordered 2 large poutines .. extremely disappointed. They were completely saturated in gravy to the point it soaked right through the containers and the gravy was that salty it burned your throat and the fries were undercooked .
