Always wrong orders very bad customer service ordered harvest break fast sandwich meal they give me two hashbrown and put one in the sandwich staff is rude yelling at each other in the store very bad experience and drive thur is horrible as well double triple check you order

This is my neighborhood Tim's. I have been visiting this store for over 15 years, but I find it frustrating most times. There are a lot of staff working inside but the service is still very slow. If you don't have approximately 8 minutes time to wait. Don't ever bother to use drive thru here at all. Last week I was waiting 12 minutes total in the drive thur! So frustrating!! The Supervisor at this Tim's is a nice lady but the service is not efficient at all !!

Very busy drive-thru. Some items are currently not available, Jalapeño Bagels, Lettuce and Crispy Chicken. I ordered the Grilled Bacon and Cheese melt, it was subpar. Probably wouldn't order again.

this is ice coffee less ice , i repeated 3 times to girl at drive through that i want ice coffee less ice and this is what i got , this is not first time that they don’t listen properly 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 i recommend to not visit here if you are starting your day , they will ruin your day

Tim is always preferable but most of the time it’s too busy. This location is near to my work so visiting 3-4 times in a week.

Probably one of the slowest Tim Hortons in the lower mainland. I've sat in the drive through line up for 30 minutes before. Always is very busy. Not sure if they could improve on staffing or organization. But it certainly needs improving.

Really busy location especially the drive-thru.Usually can go inside and be out in less than a couple of minutes. I got an everything bagel and French vanilla, both were hot and fresh.

First few times we went we were enamored. Being from the states it was a novelty. Now that we’ve tried everything we realize how mediocre it is. Donuts are so not that good. Sandwiches are meh. Coffee is best thing they have. Definitely try it if you’ve never gone and you’ll see for yourself. Not a go to place.
