Usually go here for my morning coffee and/or breakfast. Considering how busy it gets during the morning and lunch rushes, the staff are professional and efficient. However, cleanliness around the restaurant does get neglected when it is busy or when there is not enough staff coverage.
Closing time is at 11pm but at 10:35 you can’t get any food. Not even a croissant or donut that doesn’t need to be heated or tended to in any way. Considering I walked there specifically for food I am leaving very disappointed.
I would suggest Tim to consider professional candidates while selecting people for different positions. A girl Sharan don't know anything about customer services who is totally illeteratewho need to educate herself with the internal controls and other skills relating to customer services. Very bad e
