I would leave zero stars if I could. They deserve nothing, not even to open this place. I wonder who gave them a license to run a business like this. No quality control at all. Is their supervisor sleeping there or what ?? đ¤ˇââď¸ I guess yes, they are because it was morning time and they might not have had good sleep, so, just rush the order no matter what, right ???? They don't sell grill wraps alone as they serve hair within the food; that's what make them BESTđ

Every time I'm here to get just a coffee.
It takes so long .
I recall waiting almost 45 minutes in drive thru just to get a coffee.
The manager really needs check up in this location. Today will be my last and first time to come to this location.
Of course the stuff will not care about my opinion.
But I had to share it so other people knows.
Enough is enough I keep giving then the chances but they never change

I went through their drive through service around 5:30 am. I ordered coffee & donuts. I was told that donuts were still not available. The signs say open 24 hours & it is known for coffee & donuts.

I have worked here, there is no respect here for staff members, they always treat like we are their slaves! However when i was in training and I made a mistake the supervisors said to leave work and go home! Is this the way you guys treat new staff? Adding to this the manager is so arrogant, if a staff wants emergency off then they say either come to work or quit the job!! Then if they are not busy they send us home without giving us whole shift. Really??this is How your attitude is towards a staff or employee! I would be more happy being unemployed but I wonât never work here again or recommend to work !

I came last night at around 12 and there were only 2 ppl working so I get that theyâd prioritize dt instead of lobby so I was waiting patiently to get my order taken but I saw the taller, younger worker doing most of the work while the older worker was barely doing anything. I left but I just wanted a chocolate croissantđ older workers do be slow tho and letâs the younger worker do most of the workđ

Their service is so slow, i wasted almost 40 minutes in the drive through. Their customer service was ok but not great. Please avoid if you are looking for good service and warm welcome.

Mediocre service. If you go to this location during the day time (around 1-5pm) the drive thru is always super packed! Cars are lined up outside of the drive thru and itâs stressful and confusing trying to even get into the damn line. The staff also donât care about the customers, their just trying to get through the line as fast as possible. I came here a while ago, and one lady was shoving my food into my hands while the other was holding out the card machine⌠I only have two hands calm downâŚ
Thereâs another Tim Hortons location down the street and I recommend that one.
