It was 6:35 PM when I placed my order for a hot chicken wrap after standing in a 5 minute long lineup and was then told by the worker that it wasn't possible as the grill had already been shutdown. Closing time is 7 PM and they should be providing full service until that time and not shutting down
Worst customer service, EVER!
I simply asked them for more cream cheese. I eat a bagel everyday from other locations and never saw cream cheese spread that thinly beforeš„²š¤£then they gave me attitude. The lady grabbed my bagel on the counter in a way that she snatched it looking irritated and threw it
They can earn one more star, if they have more sitting options. Very limited space for seats. Good location to park and pick up. Very busy on lunch time. If you planing to pick up order from app or take extra time for this location.
They need to improve their rewards redemption app system. Everytime I go there the staff would ask me to pull out my phone and physically show them which offer I activated. Ownership of this Tim Hortons really need to get their act together!! ordered 2 x triple triple coffees on Saturday. Coffee was so weak - we could not drink it! They are so understaffed that they often get the sugar mix incorrect, so I now have to tell them every time to make sure its a TT. So
Last 5 times I've gone they've had 0 sour glazed timbits. Once I understand but 5 times? I've tried going really early, late, in the middle, they never have any. Ridiculous.
Went in this morning, for breakfast, and got my order and it was completely wrong, even double checked with the lady if she had the right products down, she said yes. But got the completely wrong meal.
