Review Quiznos - Surrey

I ordered a chicken carbonara and asked for extra sauce and additional toppings. The sub was made to perfection, probably the best I've had. Will definitely visit this location again. The employee made it very well and she was very nice.

If you are a friend of the staff, apparently you get attentive service, and a friendly chat. If not, you get ignored. And, when their friends finally leave, what you want isn't available. I can't say how the food is here, since, obviously, I never got any. (The service, on the other hand, is less than stellar.)

Service is slow very very slow, even when the place is empty. Sandwiches are good but flat bread pizza is soggy and flavourless thank god for honey mustard.. just sucks they charge you for it now instead of having the condiments bar available. Somehow still better then subway

Have not been to Quiznos in quite a while (picky kids) and figured it was time to try it again. The wait for the hot toasted subs can be expected but having my order delayed in order to meet their "app (DoorDash, Skip, Uber) orders" push mine to 5th in line was unfair. Understandably the "app orders" come fast and furious but the person standing in front of you should garner some leeway. After waiting 20 minutes for my order the solo staff member was clearly frazzled and working the post as best she could. I left with mediocre food (sad to see these sammies are not the same size they were a few years ago) feeling frustrated from a long wait and feeling sorry for the solo worker doing her best. Hope to see the restaurant hires more people especially during busy hours and pays them what they are worth. Please consider pushing through the in-person orders and with the amount of orders I saw flying through the employees hands - hire more staff

Asked for mushrooms on sandwich and when I came home had none. Fiance asked for no onions and they put lots on. Luckily we noticed as she made it and she got a new one. Still dissapointed about the experience in total.

Been coming to this location for years. Service appears to be going down the drain with the new hires. When the owner is in, we are served nicely. When he is not in the restaurant, the staff are flat out rude. We still come because we like quiznos but looking at the next closest location now. No hi, hello, how are you. Simply wait for you to order. The other lady today saw my jalapenos dropped out from my wrapped sandwich into the bag making everything wet. She was about to correct it but decided to leave it. Right in front of her I took out the wet jalapeno with a napkin and threw it into the garbage so the rest of my sandwiches don't end up soggy. Hire better staff who adapt to Canadian culture. Thanks! Update: Broccoli cheese soup appeared to have been sitting for a very long time. Had a burnt/overcooked smell to it with a darker than usual colour. Only ate 2 spoons and threw the rest away. My 4 year olds usually share with me but they also disliked it.
