I went to the drive-thru and ordered a dozen donuts and a large steep tea. Received a cold tea and for the donuts I asked for a variety and they only gave me six different kinds but doubled the flavors of the six kind. And when I called the manager she didn't really do much so I'm very disappointed
Just a regular coffee place with fancy names for regular things. Many people call it a cheaper Starbucks though I don't get the hype about any of such places. It's just fast food and fast coffee place.
Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru line for a double double dark roast coffee and bagel. I was given a regular black coffee. Didn’t even bother going back. Ridiculous service. This location always has wait times over 40 mins something needs to change.
The workers at tim are very busy, I get that. But if you are serving something, at least put some effort to it.
