Review Mcdonald's - Surrey

They did a complete turn over of this place. Cleaned it up very well and now the place is appealing. Ordering kiosks have been installed which may take additional time but keeps the place less crowded.

A great place to have a soup and a sandwich. The food is very simple and tasty. The ones in Canada are better, but ours are not bad. I think the staff is friendlier in Canada, though. Anyway, stop in and buy a coffee or something. You will not…..regret it.

Terrible Terrible experience!! Two ladies were working there. I placed the order and 10 minutes later she walked to my table and said lobby will be closing in next 10 mins. I was like what do you mean? She just walked away. Fries were cold and dry. I went back and asked her to replace them she rudely said it would take 5 mins!! I said OK. She then started to argue that they were fresh. Told her that fries colour looked pale and they were infact cold. I asked to speak with manager she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name. 5 minutes later she yelled that fries were ready. I asked for the store manager name she said she was the one!! She then said to be honest I didnt have to replace the fries u should be thank ful that I did… wowww what a terrible experience. I just cant believe that what is wrong with people now a days!! Made me feel like it was free food. Paid $20 for terrible food and service!!

Very clean restaurant except me and my pregnant fiancée come in with our two daughters,and we order from the kiosk, everything is smooth until I get to the receipt of the paid order, kiosk is malfunctioning due to lack of printer paper, I wait patiently for our order, I receive what i thought was the full order, yet the staff neglects to tell me that in our 2 kids happy meals, there are no toys or books, after waiting g for about 8 minutes which in that time staff passed and tried to be friendly multiple times, which we selected when ordered, until I bring the food to the table and my children are disappointed because they were expecting a toy, which mind you, the toy display does not inform us that they are sold out or have none in stock, last thing is that the pop machines are warmer than the 30degree sun outside and there is no ice to cool mine and my 8 month pregnant wife's carbonated drinks... very unprofessional in my opinion, don't get children's hopes up for what they want if you cannot deliver or an almost due pregnant woman.. me my wife and children, will NEVER come to this establishment again

I haven't been to this location in like over a year but I recently ate here and it definitely has improved, the seating areas are kept clean even if it's just two of them on shift they seem to keep it clean. Lots of tables to sit at. The waiting time is okay, reasonable. I ordered 2 QP Burgers with 6 pc chicken nugget and fries, as there were only 2 people on shift it was only a 10 ish minute wait.. Definitely the best McDonald's location I've been too. The food was definitely made with care and not too greasy or salty. It's right inside Walmart too which is pretty convenient lol. I'd order here again as I can tell they make their food with care.

Went for iced coffee and ordered on the mobile app. When I got there, no one was at the front for 5 minutes. Then I was told there was no ice. The person was good as she agreed for a refund.

I usually use this place for my grocery and first tym i tried mcd here .. burgers was good .. but the girl wearing specs so rudely .. my friend asked for ketchup she just showing her attitude or it seems she is not happy from her workplace .. be kind so people will come .. greet them well thanks

I wouldn't even give it one star if I had a choice. It was the worst food I ever got at McDonald's. The nuggets were over cooked aka burnt. The fries were soggy with grease and completely undercooked. We spent $43 for some kids meals and such. I should've just spent the extra $20 and got Dennys.
