Review Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Surrey

Bought some dinner & a treat this evening a new bacon double cheese burger & Oreo mint blizzard. Sign says served upside down or next one free was thrown on the counter and server walked away no receipt no thank you food was good service was terrible

Great location, friendly staff and great treats. Came here for a blizzard was greated upon entry and maxe welcome. Got a scor blizzard which was made in record time. Restaurant was clean, no dirt it was spotless, bathrooms too.

Definitely not the best Dairy Queen- they're clearly understaffed. Store could be cleaner.... But! The staff are friendly and professional; I watched two cashiers getting raked over the coals by a very rude customer- and they handled it well and were polite and firm the entire time, and great to all the customers while I was there . And my burger was not burned, they tipped my blizzard upside down and i didn't see any rats 😆

Ordered cake online received confirmation number went to pick the cake.they told me cake is not done and we didn't received the order even I showed them my order number they denied. Very rude customer service .they put photo there without asking me and was charging me for it when I asked than they changed the amount.i think the management change.before they were good.instead of apologizing they wanted to charge extra for the stuff I didn't even order.Please teach your employees good customer service so that you have returned customers. Am not going anywhere near it.

I paid $40 for 2 meals and a kids meal, my first burger had a hair in it, they made me a fresh one, but it was so greasy that I couldn’t eat it. Will not be coming to this location again. Very old and run down, but the staff is friendly. It’s just quite overpriced, and I received low quality food.

Do not eat here as the area is a dump and is very un pleasant

Rude workers, food is a hit or miss and constantly out of ingredients lol. Often seen rats around the restaurant. Now I just go to the King George location as it’s a lot cleaner, modern and workers are actually nice.

Behind the Dairy Queen is a massive rat infestation at night. The rats are the size of cats. They are in the 100s. The city of Surrey is incompetent. I give this Dairy Queen a big fat zero just incase they have a rat infestation inside the restaurant. The workers are freely opening the rear door to take out garbage. Dairy Queen needs to petition Surrey bylaw officials to do something drastic and this bad review will be removed. It's purpose is to protect the community from an invasion.

Well.....my son's birthday is this Sunday, my husband picked up his cake and instantly wasn't happy with it. The picture we chose looked faded (probably a printer problem) and it looked just plain awful! (They should have called us to say it wasn't working out) He took a picture of it first and went back to the store to get a refund or even a gift card and "the sassy Asian lady" as someone else put it was EXTREMELY rude to him and basically pushed the cake towards him and told him there was nothing she could do because "it was the picture we chose". So I called about an hour ago and talked to the same lady who #1 hung up on me �� and #2 when I called back was extremely rude to me and wouldn't stop talking. I finally had to tell her to stop talking so I could leave my phone number for the manager. I am NOT happy! We have been going to DQ for a lifetime of birthday cakes and have NEVER had anyone (let alone just an employee) refuse to do anything for us. All we are asking for is our $35.99 back. I'm not in the business of throwing away my money. But I will be contacting IDQ if someone does not get back to me with a resolution and apology. Thank God Guildford DQ had a cake for us and were so kind and sympathetic. We will be going there next time, after we get our refund!!!! The whole experience was just unacceptable.

Terrible food.

Visited your location in Surrey last night on 14741 108street Surrey bc. And was very sad to see they weren't participating in your upside down or free. I love Dq and worked there as a kid so it's sad to see a store not representing your brand. They taped cheap looking paper over all the signs for the promo and didn't flip any of our 4 medium blizzards. Nor did they flip any of the other 5customers blizzards during the time I was there. It's just sad and lazy on their part. It's one thing customers look forward to and it's not hard to even flip one out of a group just to show their pride in their job and the Dq brand.

The WORST Customer service EVER!!!! I come here often but I will NEVER come back here again!!!!! After a long day my husband and I decided to come here for a pleasant ice cream snack. I ordered a hot fudge sunday. The fudge was mid warm to cold and it tasted SUPER stale. I went back inside to complain as I was not enjoying my purchase. My request for an exchange was completely and bluntly REFUSED by an older Asian lady. She told me that she had been serving it all day and no one else complained so now I was simply STUCK with my selection and that she would neither give me a new one or a refund!!!!!! She was arguing with me about it in front of other customers!!! I was completely embarrassed by this!!! I then asked her if I were to scoop off the fudge if she could just add more ice cream she said 'sure' and then proceeded to the till to CHARGE ME for the additional ice cream!!!! I was absolutely DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER return to this store and I will encourage EVERYONE to steer clear!!!!!
