Bought some dinner & a treat this evening a new bacon double cheese burger & Oreo mint blizzard. Sign says served upside down or next one free was thrown on the counter and server walked away no receipt no thank you food was good service was terrible
Great location, friendly staff and great treats. Came here for a blizzard was greated upon entry and maxe welcome. Got a scor blizzard which was made in record time. Restaurant was clean, no dirt it was spotless, bathrooms too.
Definitely not the best Dairy Queen- they're clearly understaffed. Store could be cleaner.... But! The staff are friendly and professional; I watched two cashiers getting raked over the coals by a very rude customer- and they handled it well and were polite and firm the entire time, and great to all
Ordered cake online received confirmation number went to pick the cake.they told me cake is not done and we didn't received the order even I showed them my order number they denied. I paid $40 for 2 meals and a kids meal, my first burger had a hair in it, they made me a fresh one, but it was so greasy that I couldn’t eat it. Will not be coming to this location again. Very old and run down, but the staff is friendly. It’s just quite overpriced, and I received low quality food.
Do not eat here as the area is a dump and is very un pleasant
Rude workers, food is a hit or miss and constantly out of ingredients lol. Often seen rats around the restaurant. Now I just go to the King George location as it’s a lot cleaner, modern and workers are actually nice.
Behind the Dairy Queen is a massive rat infestation at night. The rats are the size of cats. They are in the 100s. The city of Surrey is incompetent. I give this Dairy Queen a big fat zero just incase they have a rat infestation inside the restaurant. The workers are freely opening the rear door to
