The buffet food variety is reasonable. Food choices are tasty and fresh. Pricing is very reasonable. There are options for vegetarians. It can get very busy and bustling vibrant. So, if you're looking for a quiet relaxing meal you might think twice. Service us attentive and friendly. Sometimes there are interesting themes. For instance, last time we were there it was an Italian Pasta Buffet. The Cannelloni was so good I went for a second serving, though I avoid having seconds even at buffets. Diamond Buffet在開業初期只有自助午餐和晚餐，逢週末才會提供早午餐合併的Brunch，直到本年2月開始加入每天自助早餐服務。這自助早餐的收費非常吸引，凡持有Encore賭場卡的會員收費為$5.99，在推出首個月更以超筍價$2.99優待50歲以上的長者。當大家光顧這家賭場的自助早餐時首先要到服務台出示個人的Encore賭場卡登記才能領取餐劵，再憑餐劵往餐廳付款入座，餐廳使用先繳費後用餐的形式運作 (註：沒有Encore賭場卡可以在服務台即時登記取卡)
Wow...let's put gambling luck or not aside, after all this is a casino. What a great experience - gaming floors are spacious and you don't feel crowded. This casino is a smaller venue but large in personality. Staff are courteous, friendly and make you feel welcomed, safe, comfortable, and valued. The card tables were all open, dealers and staff spoke English to all patrons and all had a smile to offer. The pit boss was so friendly and well aware of all that was going on. He talked to players by name and that said a lot about his exceptional customer service. A lot of slot machines to choose from. Plenty of free parking. Didn't get a chance to try the food menu, so stay tuned for my next review of this quaint, diamond in the rough casino. Thank you Elements 😊
Love how people give them good review when you win and bad when they lose. It's a casino... The casino is smaller but nicely remodeled. I prefer the bigger casinos in BC, especially the ones that have hotels. But if you want to just get away quietly, and play, this is a quieter venue to do so. The dealers are friendly, and everyone was nice. I didn't get a chance to try the food.
Standardbred racing at Fraser Downs is fun to watch! The drinks and food is extremely reasonably priced and yummy! We had Fish n Chips which was delicious 😋
I went alone for the first time and spent hours on different slots until I found my favorite one. Then I walked out 4g richer and smiling :)
Still the best out of all 3 local New west, Coquitlam and surrey casinos for playability. $500 in, play for 2 to 3 hours on dollar machines, and leave break even but 5000 encore pts richer
