Review Taco Bell - Surrey

Order from uber eats, got the new crunch wrap that claims to have more meat and extra layers but was only more bread and actually less meat than the regular crunch wraps ive had at other taco bells. Very cheap on the ingredients!

I love Taco Bell but this location is not it. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 supreme fries (barely had any cheese in them) and only received one. I went back in to let them know and a lady never apologized and said that they're making new fries which makes me think they purposely only put one in my order because they didn't have any fries left. Need an evaluation done for this location.

The first impression upon walking in, the store looks old and stuck in the past. On closer inspection, the walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The tables all look very worn, and the floor was somewhat dirty. After waiting 8min in line with only one person ahead of us, we waited 15min to receive our order. All of the tacos we received (6), were cold to the touch. The portion of meat in the tacos is laughable. Less than 2cm of meat. My main complaint for this store is the lack of cleaning and organization. On the Fraser Health Food Facility Inspection website, you can see that this location has had a few cleanliness issues in the past, as well as not having adequately trained FoodSafe level 1+ staff on shift.

Worst Taco Bell in the lower mainland. Maybe in Canada. They employees make the food as if they're paying for the ingredients themselves. Old, dry, and nasty, and the "manager" must care less. Surly the Corporation itself should have enough interest in its brand to take a note at the mostly 1 star reviews this location rightfully gets. Tear it down and start over, please. Would be great to get an actual Taco Bell in the area.

I have eaten at various Taco Bell locations in different provinces as well as locations in the United States over a period of many decades. This location in Surrey is the absolute worst of any I've ever been to. If you order for pickup, check your bags carefully before you go because there's almost always something missing. If you get delivery from a delivery service then you'll have to miss out on your food and ask for a refund for your missing items. I had high hopes when I moved to Surrey 2 years ago and found that I had a Taco Bell less than 1 km away.... But after tonight I am done. I cannot order from them anymore. Last time I was missing the dessert I ordered and some tacos. Tonight... I was missing a crunchwrap... I ordered 2, got 1. I also ordered a mountain Dew. What I got was some blue swill that tastes horrible and is completely undrinkable. Besides the missing crunchwrap, I also ordered four different tacos. The crunchwrap and the tacos had so little toppings inside that it would have been funny... if it was somebody else's food. I asked for hot sauce with everything that I ordered but got none. And to top it all off there wasn't a napkin to be found. The owner of this location needs to re-train everybody that works there. It's no wonder they have such a low score on Google and the way they're going it's only going to get lower.

Ordered through Uber eats. They forgot our nacho chips, sauces, and straws. Took so long that 3 drivers rotated through and the food arrived cold and soggy as if it was sitting for awhile. Shouldn’t be difficult to double check orders before sending them out.

We ask for beans, they give us beef. We drive back round and get our beans. That is the circle of life. We've learned to say vegetarian, so this doesn't happen. If you're here for beans, simply say vegetarian and you'll be good. Staff are always friendly, kind and courteous. Drive thru times are wild, so plan accordingly, I've been in line upwards to 20 minutes when I'm really fiending some beans.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a veggie crunchy taco. I have had tacos from other places this one was the worst even in terms of service.
