I don’t know what happened to their taste. Order pizza last night, it was stale. Undercooked chicken. I don’t remember this being that bad.
Bad customer service. front counter girl kamal was so rude. she never greet anyone. I order twice every week but now i will switch to another place. She is always at her phone, never pay attention to details. Another customer in line was also talking to me regarding her customer service.
Back when it was Top in Town Pizza, hands down one of my favorite places to eat pizza in Surrey. But since they changed to this new model quality has gone down hill rapidly. At first i thought it was just because they were adjusting to the new model but staff were all the same from before the change
