Review Boston Pizza - Surrey

Went for pasta Tuesday Jan 4 2022 and it was great. Portions were huge . We had a minor issue with the one dish but our server Cassie handled it with finesse and professionalism. Will definitely be back for the BP nachos and hope to have Cassie again as our server

I ordered the new item on their menu from Uber eats Loaded tex mex fries. It was very poorly made, there were no green onions added and barely any peppers, corn and cheese. It was basically like regular fries that I received. Very disappointing since this is one of their new items that I wanted to try.

I never had this bad experience anywhere else that i had today. Ordered vegetarian pizza from uber eats, picture itself says how they guys prepared it, vegetable are swimming on the pizza crust. Took only one bite and rest threw in the garbage. It was my last order from the Boston pizza. 👎🏻👎🏻

Delicious food! It's always fresh and hot, and tastes amazing. Tried the White Sangria....I could have had a lot more of those it was delicious. Wings are always good, they're plump and juicy, not like some places that have skinny little wings with no meat. These ones are soooo good! Twist bread, not on the menu, but they've kept it available to order, sooooo good. We there there earlier on a weekday evening, so it wasn't busy, the server was excellent and attentive.

We were very pleasently surprised by the Wonderful pasta dishes that they serve. The best part was that they properly seasoned their pasta sauce and honor customization. Boston Pizza not just a pizza joint for us anymore 👍😊😊

Went in late one night last weekend (4 adults 2 kids). Waiter was nice. Food came out really fast. Waiter seemed new and didn't know a lot about alcoholic beverages. Felt a little rushed at the end as if they wanted us to pay and leave because the receipt came before we asked for it and waiter didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. Place looks cleaner compared to a few years back.

Food was not so great, daughter has a beef dip and the onions were all soggy, I has chicken, mushroom linguini.....tasted like canned mushrooms and no chicken flavour. We used to heat here all the time, chances are we won't go back.

New thin crust pizzas are a total complete scam. What a joke and total ripoff - Boston pizza as a whole is such a complete ripoff - save your money and go somewhere else

I was not happy with the taste of my margarita and my calamari, I've had better. I will not be returning

Went there to watch UFC 207 service was great, food and beer were good but a tad expensive.

The next time you think about mixing rum, Fireball, vodka and Spicy Thai bites at Boston pizza, do NOT do it. I've spent half an hour shitting out fire hotter than half of all mixtapes in Chicago.

Service -Excellent Food - Excellent Price - a little on the high side. I don't like the automatic 15% gratuity. Dinner for four was $75.

Ordered in my pizza and wings arrived cold/luke warm. Called location (Newton) and they sent out a new order arrived hot like it should've originally within 40 minutes. Understandably there was a huge accident near the location which caused delays, but from a customer's expectation there is no excuse. Well done BP, you made things right, and it clearly shows you value your customers.

Really good service and food, I would hope they Renovate to make this place look better. I’ve been coming here for many years and the food and service has always been good.

Food was disgusting. Meat was clearly freezer burned and then fried. So dry and chewy that it was inedible. Other food was bland and poorly cooked. I don't expect too much from BP but this was beyond bad.

Probably one of the best BPs still left. When you're going to a franchise you expect consistency, this location has been consistent over the years. No complaints. The service is excellent too. Keep it up!!!

We ordered the Mediterranean Flatbread and it was delicious. Service was excellent - attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They even had information about calories and nutrition contents for their meals. The dining experience was very nicely topped up with a comedian-magician entertainer adding laughter and fascination to the evening.

Don't go here to watch sports!!<br/>Went here to watch Penguins-Capitals playoff game and they refused to play the sound from the game and the manager refused to do so, telling me they only play sound for Canucks games...lol quite the sports bar!!

My wife and I went to this location after I won a gift card in a raffle. I have never had pizza at Boston Pizza so we ordered a large Supreme and we tried their beef sliders. We were very impressed, the sliders were not overly greasy and all of the ingredients were detected through taste. The young staff were prompt and professional despite appearing short handed (it wasn't too busy and we were served by the greeter). All in all a very enjoyable evening.

This Boston Pizza has always treated us with great service, and with good tasting food. The waiters are very nice and serve us with a smile! 😊 The atmosphere is good and the television shows the best sports channels.

We ordered, an appy (beef sliders), a large meat pizza and 2 large pops.  The food we shared.  The food was good.  However the cost of the food was a bit on the pricey side.  When 2 ppl share food and the bill comes out to more then if we were to have ordered our own dishes at any other establishments in the area, there might be something wrong.

I would like to know the carb count on your gluten free pizza? I would also like to know why you undercook your gluten free pizza and why your gluten free pasta is crunchy. not cooked enough. if done properly it would be good. I have had this experience in delta b.c.

Good night out. My family and I went to Boston Pizza the other night. A little disappointed the UFC fight wasn't playing, however, our server was great. Very friendly. As well as the hosts, very friendly. The host seem to be very organized. The host with the dark brown hair and the host with brown/blond hair, were running around making sure everyone was being seated as soon as possible. Not to mention, the food was good as well. Thank you for making our time at Boston Pizza a good one! <br/>-Steve

Poor Service. Stopped in at this location on Friday Aug 2/13 at approx 1:45pm for a bite to eat.<br/>My husband and I waited to be seated for approx 10 min. We were standing right at the front desk, while the staff was behind the partition by the kitchen and we can hear them chatting with the kitchen staff. <br/>There was only one waiter who was busy working on taking orders at a table on our right.<br/>The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. No excuse for this. We walked out and went to White Spot down the road.

Went there with my bf and he ordered a burger while I ordered a small pizza. Pizza was good but way over priced and the burger was bland so we sent it back. Great service though.

LOVE HATE RELATIONSHIP. My fav BP for years now, always sit at the same place, know all the servers and managers. And one day we went out for a special occasion and we were greeted by some really rude new hostess/ waitresses and a blonde manager who proceeded to humiliate me and my friend and rudely asked us if we wanted a table i said yes the booth to which she proceeded to say no and make excuses idk what they were thinking to hire the new waiters FIRE THEM AND THE BLONDE BIMBO (what i call her now) we left btw bc we were not going to sit where we went being treated politely. went back there still there but THANK GOD i had no contact with them whatsoever, my waitress who asked us why we hadn't been here for awhile was also shocked when i told her as well as the male manager who we think is amazing.

Disappointed. I used to love going to Boston Pizza for a great meal and having a great cup of coffee to go with it,but now they are serving Starbucks coffee and I cannot stand the strong taste of the coffee. Iwas told I could water it down with hot water what's with that it defeats the whole enjoyment of a great cup of coffee. Just saying in my opinion, should have gone with Tim Hortons.<br/>Won't be visiting any time soon.

Good place. Food wise it's probably the same everywhere, but this location has really good service. Being in Newton sometimes things can be a bit rowdy especially at night but hey it's all part of the experience. But almost always their are cops eating here. If you are not familiar with the food at BP you can't go wrong with their Nachos and Wings. Pasta Tuesdays FTW

What’s weird about the name Boston Pizza is that people would normally associate the chain with the American city of Boston. Interestingly enough, its roots are Canadian (Edmonton to be exact) and has been thriving ever since the dawn of its existence at locations all over Canada and the USA. Personally, I think the food is too expensive when it is at the regular price since most of it is frozen anyway. Otherwise, when they have deals going on, they are REALLY worth it. My favourite one is the half off appys deal that applies after 9pm. Unfortunately, not all Boston Pizza’s practice this… so you have to be lucky and find one (the one I found was at Langford… so nowhere near the Lower Mainland). My other favourite deal is the Pasta Tuesday deal, where any of their specialty pastas are $10.99 (but when I first went it used to be $9.99). Luckily for me, I end work close to a Boston Pizza, and I pass 3 Boston Pizza’s on the way home, so my colleagues and I grab a bite there afterwards. Most recently, we’ve been stopping by the Burnaby location since it is not as busy. What I normally like to order is the  Boston’s Smoky Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs . The sauce it comes with is normally the meaty bolognese, but I always change it to the creamy tomato since it tastes sooooo much better. Sometimes I even ask for extra sauce. The serving is MASSIVE. It’s like at least one box full of pasta in this one order. I never finish the pasta in one sitting. Usually it takes 3, so I always have breakfast or lunch for the next couple of days. This was actually Latoya’s order since she knows it’s such a great value too. Side note, but on a separate visit with Sleepy, we mentioned that we were going to share the spaghetti dish since we were not too hungry. The server was nice enough to request that the kitchen split the plates for us, and they did so in these cute little dishes! This was at the Queensborough location, and they were not busy on that

I really wanted ribs the other day and last time we went to Boston Pizza in Richmond, they were sold out, at 8pm! So early and it was gone already. I think that’s hinting about how good those ribs are.<br/>
