Review Blenz - Surrey

Really disappointed in this location. I usually like blenz, especially their rancheros breakfast wrap & samosas. The other day however; I ordered an iced latte (which was great) and a rancheros breakfast wrap only to find that it was strictly microwaved. Every other location grills the wrap after so it's crunchy on the outside. I took one bite of my soggy microwaved wrap and tossed it out.

Beautiful store. Super bright. Polite staff. I got their delicious hot chocolate. It was so good. Lots of seating.

I've been to this Blenz several times since it was opened NOVEMBER 24, 2020! That is ONE year and 5 months. There was no Blenz at this location prior to that date. There are a lot of reviews here from three years ago. So those are NOT for this business. The coffees I've had were great. And you should try their West Coast Toast. It is superb. The staff are friendly and very competent too.

Incredibly run coffee shop. The owner, Maher, does an incredible job to ensure all customers are taken care of. The place is extremely clean and well-kept. Highly recommend! ✅✅✅✅✅

I’ll start by saying the Staff is 15/10 friendly and inviting, amazing! The Sun Dried Tomato & Chicken wrap was great, I got it heated up & it was perfection! Iced Macchiato was also awesome! Free Hot Chocolate for kids on Sunday’s!! Again, staff was excellent, food was great! Get here (:

I ordered cappuccino 3 times here, there were different baristas - they don’t know how to prepare milk for cappuccino, each time it was too hot. Today I asked girl to do it not so hot, comfortable for drinking, but she did it still too hot. After 10 minutes we measure temperature and it was 160 F. So initially I think it was even more. Please teach your guys how to make cappuccino and why it’s important not to overheat milk. Milk should be 140F, next time I will measure it after preparing.

I normally don't write reviews but this is by far the best Blenz I have ever been to. I have never had a negative experience and all the baristas and the owner are so nice. Every other blenz I've been to there is a lack of costumer service and variety in the menu, but this one has a lot more options and I honestly can't find a thing to complain about at this location. And I also appreciate how accessible they make it here with reserved seating. It's very inviting here and I will definitely be back!

Brand new place after the Starbucks moved out. Beautifully bright and modern. Two days coming in a row and amazing, kind, friendly and smily service. Wifi is fast, coffee is great!! ONLY thing that REALLY bothers me is the the TIP request at the till!! I have honestly avoided Blenz over the years for this reason ONLY! Starbucks has that figured out and there is a reason they don't have this at their stores. It creates a terrible customer experience. A sit down restaurant, with service to the table, is what tipping is for. Here, I am standing in line, asking what I would like to order, and being asked for a tip BEFORE I ever receive any service and my coffee! How does this make any sense. Where does this end? Next we are going to be asked to tip at the Gas pump? At the grocery story? Factor in the incredible current inflation and costs of everything and being asked to pay even more is insulting. Please get rid of this and think this through.

Best Hot Chocolate. You can NOT beat their hot chocolate here.<br/>Though HST has done even more damage to the price. <br/>A very decent sized small goes for $4.05.<br/>So a TREAT every once in a while
