One of many poor experiences
Ice cap with no whip cream, and a Roast Beef craveable.
She said I'm sorry. I indicated you are obviously not, or you would have fixed my order, or would have adjusted the Bill. Which she did not. Sorry, NOT SORRY. Nothing good comes from this Franchise, lacks consisten
They always ask you to pull over if you order any food which is frustrating, even when there is nobody else behind you. They only care about their time stats which is how long you spend in the drive through. Would not recommend this one
Staff (only dealt with one) wasn't very friendly. Poured us the last bit of the old coffee, it was morning so fresh enough, however; she didnt even fill the cups and then proceeded to make a fresh pot while we waited for the ones she prepared for us. We got donuts too (limitef selection available
Worst service. Took 20+ mins to get a veggie sandwich they have and they added bacon in it, made my day. Also, its not always the case with employees. Tim Hortons's policy of prioritizing on-line orders is cruel. Its bad for the employees as well as walk-in customers.
This is one to avoid if you want medium to good service. After waiting in line then go up to one of the order boards and wait ... then a vehicle comes up to other board, orders and proceeds ahead of me. This is so frustrating. Will not use that one again.
The ABSOLUTE WORST Tim Hortons in the country, at 32nd Ave and 176th Street. Almost EVERY time they have NO ingredients for Anything I want. And same this time but even worse, a completely burnt to a crisp bagel, OMFG I'm so disappointed, yet again 🤬
Asked and paid for a bagel with cream cheese. Because of the rush they’re in, gave me a bagel with nothing in it.
Waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes and serving the other customers completely ignoring us. There was no lineup
