Dropped by to buy a couple of apple pies at 8:50 p.m., well waiting for these to come I was advised by the manager that the lobby will be closing in 5 minutes. It's McDonald's - what's not to like? Went here last night at about 11:30pm and used the drive-thru. It was pretty busy, but the line moved quickly, so kudos to the staff. Lots of parking at this location, too. Food was quality stuff (for McDonald's, at least). Can't go wrong!

I have to say it's been few years since I've had one of these. Whatever happened to the actual Big Mac from McDonald's? This does not look like a Big Mac, doesn't taste like a big Mac at all either, it's more like a quarter pounder with a hard toasted crunchy bun. 😒 Very disappointing, I was craving

I always feel weird reviewing McDonald's , like it matters to anyone in any way. Like is there anyone out there saying " you want to go to McDonald's ? ..we better look up some reviews I've never been. No, it's garbage , everyone knows it's garbage but yet here we are . So yeah it's McDonald's .

Lousy service, lousy management, staff are not trained in customer service...smiles are free you know, until McDonald's starts charging for them too. Muffins are always stale, I am guessing because the owner is too cheap and extends them past expiry to make the money off of them.

AVOID!!! Stopping specially for 2 macdonalds in Surrey. No milkshake available in 2 restaurants Surrey??? Very strange. No excuses... McDonald's favorite not available. Left without purchase aniting. Very bad services.

Most places give water but this is the 1st mcDicks I found that held it back and wouldn't even fill my water bottle either. Tired of corporations making decisions that help make money for them because of them wanting to make more profits it water is now not even an option anymore.
