I recently decided to try Pizza at this location and I have to say I was surprised by the quality of the food and service by the staff, especially Rakhi who made our experience more delightful. She was incredibly friendly and really good at handling customers 👏👏.

This is legit one of the best Fresh Slice locations. They have very high volume in the food court, and so always have fresh pizza by the slice with some of the best selection any time of day (mall hrs permitting). If a Fresh Slice ever deserved a 5 star review, this is the one

Most of the time the girls are not wearing hair nets or hats, not food safe. They have 2 different cheese pizza slices but neither of them with pizza sauce, only a white sauce. Is it difficult to make one with white sauce and one with pizza sauce? There is nothing like a slice of cheese pizza with the proper pizza sauce on it.

Its such a convenient location, but need to work on customer service. I went there at closing time, asked for a slice of cheese pizza, they still had it as i could see that sitting in the tray.But the girl working didnot give it to me and threw it away. And the way she replied was v rude, if she had said nicely "Sorry we are closed" I wouldn't have felt bad, but she replied v rudely, gave me such an attitude like i have done a crime asking her for a pizza slice at exactly 6 pm. The other shops in food court were still open, were still serving.

Thie is literally the worst Pizza store I’ve been too. Order 2 pizzas for pickup. I got there 5 minutes before ETA, and then they start making my pizza. I was on a lunch break and they wasted my 20 minutes. On the top the guys there were so rude. They didn’t apologize. The place is always dirty. There is no standard. The name should be Stale slice rather than fresh slice. They should literally be fired. I will never ever go to this location.

Awesome first time experience here! Thanks to the staff member Rakhi! My daughter wanted pizza for lunch and luckily there was a freshslice in this food court. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza with a juice box for my daughter, she took a bite of the pizza and put it down on her plate. When she reached for her juice box the sleeve of her jacket pushed the plate of pizza off the table! Luckily we were sitting right near the front of the freshslice and Rakhi saw the tragedy happen! She called my daughter to the counter and gave her a fresh new slice, free of charge! Thanks for making my daughter's day!

Today I got a pizza and drink. The food was good but the service was horrible. The cashier was so rude to me and I got mad. The cashier was so horrible and I wish they get fired. Go to this place at your own risk.

This is by far the best place to eat in the food court, great price, great pizza and great staff! Plus they also do delivery as well. More importantly, pizza is always fresh!

Never again!. The service at this location is great - they are so friendly and nice. But I'm sorry - the pizza is the very worst I have ever tasted. I've eaten there several times and tried several different types while waiting for transit, but I've decided I'd rather go hungry! The last time I tried their pizza, the dough was not fully cooked, the taste was completely bland, and it was very greasy. I've tried Fresh Slice in White Rock too and have the same opinion. I've had cheap pizza-by-the-slice at other restaurants before that has been very good (i.e. Uncle Fahti's in Vancouver at Cambie & 8th is absolutely great). I am amazed that this chain remains in business because their pizza is truly dreadful. Seriously bad.

Nothing to write home about. The pizza wasn't very good and just as pricey as the big pizza chains. My boyfriend didn't mind it but I's still prefer not to have it again.
