I am a local PAC president. We wanted to do something special for the teachers this year as a thank you and I reached out to freshii to order meals. They were so easy to deal with and responded very quickly. I put in an order of 50 items and they delivered with names on each item with ZERO mistakes. Everyone said the food was delicious and I was seriously impressed. Thank you FRESHII!

Meh. Customer service I give a 1. Not very friendly. Been inconsistent for sure. Today my salad was super full with like no dressing. When I called them they said they put it on. Why argue with someone who has to eat dry salad on their lunch break? 11$ for a dry salad?! No way. I went back showed them the salad and they gave me more dressing. ONLY reason I’m giving them a 2. Probably won’t be back though lol

Yummy food and service with a smile! I ordered a Mediterranean quinoa bowl which was delicious and fresh! I would definitely order it again.

I stood at the till for 10 minutes and no one came out from the back. I was looking around into the back and couldn’t see anyone. I called out and no response. I won’t be going there again.

Terribly run location. I ordered a lemon grass soup with chicken and came home and there was no chicken. They forgot the most important part of the meal and left me absolutely furious and dissatisfied. Ruined my dinner after a long hard week.

Has been inconsistent. Got a very small burrito today. The girl put a whole bunch of crispy wontons on perhaps to make up for how small it was. Had to ask her to take some off. On another visit the girl made my burrito without gloves on.

Love the food here! Very clean premises. Lots of options plant based for the win. DELICIOUS!!!! Reasonably priced too. The lady that helped me was super friendly. I didn’t feel rushed like most fast food places. Not greasy, lots of flavour. Healthy eating made easy.

Freshii is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for a healthy alternative because of all the great choices from smoothies, bowls, burritos and more. The staff were so nice, friendly, and fast!! The location is SO clean! I don't always write reviews but I was very impressed since I've been to a lot of locations this is hands down the best one I've been to!! Also the oaxaca bowl is my favorite!!!!
