I am a local PAC president. We wanted to do something special for the teachers this year as a thank you and I reached out to freshii to order meals. They were so easy to deal with and responded very quickly. I put in an order of 50 items and they delivered with names on each item with ZERO mistakes.

I stood at the till for 10 minutes and no one came out from the back. I was looking around into the back and couldn’t see anyone. I called out and no response. I won’t be going there again.
Terribly run location. I ordered a lemon grass soup with chicken and came home and there was no chicken. They forgot the most important part of the meal and left me absolutely furious and dissatisfied. Ruined my dinner after a long hard week.
Has been inconsistent. Got a very small burrito today. The girl put a whole bunch of crispy wontons on perhaps to make up for how small it was. Had to ask her to take some off. On another visit the girl made my burrito without gloves on.
Love the food here! Very clean premises. Lots of options plant based for the win. DELICIOUS!!!! Reasonably priced too. The lady that helped me was super friendly. I didn’t feel rushed like most fast food places. Not greasy, lots of flavour. Healthy eating made easy.
