Iced cappuccino and a sour cream glazed donut 🍩 😋. It’s was quiet when we came so the service was fast and efficient. I have been to many Tim Hortons and this one is a bit above average. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom is clean.

This location has consistently forgotten or punched orders in wrong. The monitor that shows you what you have ordered hasn't worked in months which is probably part of the problem. Because of this I've asked for receipts multiple times that show they have over charged for items. Maybe leaving a note
This location seems to be understaffed and you will wait way longer than other locations to get simple food and drinks prepared. When you go inside after 10-15 minutes, they blame it on being short staffed, but there were 10 employee or more behind the counter. Poorly run. I'd rather drive a bit
first, my boyfriend and i tried to order and the cashier kept walking away every 10 seconds to go do something else while there was a million workers doing nothing, and then they have on the menu the item i wanted and they said they don’t make it anymore…take it off the menu then. so i get something
I never do reviews but this is by far the worst run establishment I've been to yet. Poorly trained and overstaffed yet a simple iced coffee is like constructing a space craft. I'd sooner get the drink by flying to South America and harvesting the resources myself.

They are super fast at filling orders but they always get it wrong. Do not come here unless you are desperate. Coffee is always watery or burnt. Someone is adding WAY to much sugar.
