Your employee Nitanshi really manages it well with customer. I was there with my family and she greeted us well and we saw her with other customers as well. The food was really hot and the blizzards with actually so good at taste. It was a great experience and we really appreciate the customer servi
Service was slow, but I'm not sure whose standard has set the bar. It looked like they were understaffed but maybe someone was on a break or something.
The ice cream cake I purchased was excellent. Dairy Queen has really good ice cream, and it's always worth it.
Burgers, etc. not made until you order, so takes longer than one of the pre-cooked fast food places (s/as McDonald’s and their pre-cooked burger patties);
DQ is TOTALLY worth the wait :-)

Pretty good unexpected selection with a side salad option and dairy free coconut cream dilly bar and even hot coffee. Poutine too salty though. Would be good to see dairy free blizzards too.. Might need to update the name to dairy free queen

Clean place . Pleasant staff 😃 took too long to get my order. Girl placed wrong items I ask for burger and frosty and she gave me burger and fries. Gave me wrong change as well. Will come back again
Always busy location but it’s worth waiting for good food , staff is friendly and helpful. Big dining room and patio when it’s ok to be outside. It’s got allot of treats for the sweet tooth and custom cakes made to order. Love the poutine and the burgers 🍔 and no heartburn after eating it’s real foo
Good place for ice creams and shakes but they take little higher time in serving customers so deducting 1 star. They are serving value for money. Staff was friendly, we used drive thru so can't comment upon store condition.
White Rock stable. Great ice cream and service. Hot food is underrated. Chicken strip baskets are good. This was my first job many years ago!
