This smoothie and experience totally changed my prior perception of Jugo Juice which wasn't great based on a prior bad customer service experience.
It was super yummy, good size and tasted awesome. I guess you could say it was the juice! Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I got the Clean Kick seasonal smoothie which had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients.
The Jugo Rewards program is actually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll!

Not even 2 minutes after ordering and my drink is almost melted, and tastes like apple juice, not like the strawberry smoothie I ordered. Horrible service as well, clearly customer service doesn't matter here. Wouldn't even bother wasting your money here.

I tried the blue crush and vanilla matcha smoothies. Both were good, although maybe next time I wouldnt get lemon juice in the blue crush. The cashier, Baljinder, had great customer service. Overall, my first experience at Jugo Juice was amazing! :)

There were only two ladies working at the shop, and there was a line up when I got there. The cashier lady was so busy trying to take down all the orders and make the drinks - she was in charge of the whole operation. To my surprise, the drink came out very tasty. She made sure to check the drink was well mixed before handing it out to me, which was very good. I would go there again, but I hope the owner gets more staff to make sure the customers are well-served in timely manner.

Beware Some of the employees tries to overcharge you at this location.I always come to this location but last three times I ordered only carrot juice and never checked the receipt but last time when i paid attention the employee charged me for orange juice even on the receipt it said orange juice which is expensive than carrot juice, when i asked her the reason she told me that our system is updating. I didn’t knew that she was lying until i went to Coquitlam location today and i came to know they were over charging at Guilford location. Stop lying and overcharging your customers otherwise you will will loose them. Do better job.

This Jugo Juice is the best for two reasons: first they have amazing smiling staff, second best tasting smoothies! I love their Kale Nut and Kale Chicken Caesar wrap!!

I always go to this place when ever i am in Guilford mall. Their smoothies are one of the best!! This place is really clean and welcoming. They even have shootie with cold coffee.

Love jugo juice, hate this location! Owner/franchisee is super grumpy, often slams drink down without even looking up at customer. Customer service is lacking. Go to Freshii, smoothies taste better, they have excellent customer service and they don't slam your drink down!

The new store is a huge improvement to the kiosk they were in before. The staff are always friendly and courteous and remember me when I enter. The last beverage I ordered had an unblended fruit in it but was very tasty.

But for some people who's to cheap to buy a drink for his girlfriend and didn't get a free drink so he posted on this site and others site to smear a business. I couldn't stand to see Jerk like connor to post lies about a place that I had nothing but positive experiences.

WORST JUGO JUICE. I went into with my girlfriend for her birthday. I had simply asked the lady running it if they do anything for birthdays as I hear you can get a free juice. She didn't even acknowledge me and looked at the costomer behind me to help then. I asked again and she gave me a rude look and said our location doesn't do that okay. Anyway I just left. NEVER GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN OR TAKING MY CLIENTS THERE. I also told all my friends my experiance and they won't be going either. I don't even care about the drink, just respect the costomer enough to acknowledge me.

The service was phenomenal. There was no line-up so we stood back a little and ordered three "snackies"--their smallest size smoothie at 14 ounces. Jugo Juice has a lovely selection; 26 smoothies, seven different juices, eight grilled wraps and 3 grilled flatbreads. They're tops in nutrition, too, as their information pamphlet, displayed prominently for one to take home, is quick to point out.
