Went for my birthday drink the other day, though it was late after work, around 8pm. I ordered a grande mocha crumble frap and Katie, the barista 1. offered to make it a venti since it was a birthday drink and 2. asked if I wanted the coffee or cream base, and when I hesitated, she said "I only ask because it's about 8pm so I wanted to check if you wanted caffeine at this hour". I thought that was super thoughtful of her. I ended up going for the cream based one but it was great service from Katie and Maple, just small things showing they care! ☺️☺️
